Eligible active, verified accounts can explicitly start a trial in the app. Previous trial, paid or complimentary access can make you ineligible. Assisted guidance has allowances.
After the trial, access becomes read/download only. Paid annual access is needed to continue writing; review the current offer in the app. The guided Life Story Prologue trial and packages are separate.
Initial annual purchases and each renewal include a 30-day full money-back guarantee from payment, with no story-count condition. The free trial does not reduce this window.
