What is the difference between Memoir and Tribute?
Memoir is for one primary storyteller. Tribute is for group contributions around one person or occasion. They are separate packages, so active projects cannot switch between the two.
Do I need to be a good writer?
No. The guided questions are designed to make it easy for anyone to share meaningful memories in their own voice.
How do contributors join a Tribute?
Contributors receive an easy sign-up link, create an account for extra security, and then submit responses from phone or desktop.
Can I include photos?
Yes. Both Memoir and Tribute projects support photo-rich storytelling for more personal keepsakes.
What occasions are strong fits for Tribute?
Tribute works well for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, engagements, retirements, and farewell celebrations.
What languages are supported?
Core experiences support English and Afrikaans so families can contribute in the language that feels natural to them.
How much does it cost?
Memoir starts at R299 once off with Moments, Memories, and Legacy plan options. Tribute starts from R499 with package options based on contributor count.
How do I contact support?
Email support@learnaboutme.co.za and you will receive an automatic ticket confirmation. Attachments up to 10 MB are supported.
